Jeff Serio
International Director, European Initiative
Berlin, GermanyJeff Serio is the founder and International Director of European Initiative. Jeff and his wife, Barbara, live in Berlin, Germany, heading up EI’s European operations.
He has served in leadership in both the local church and international missions for over 20 years. God birthed a strong desire in Jeff and Barbara to see spiritual change in Europe, when they moved their family of six to Budapest, Hungary in 1998. They founded European Initiative in 2007 and relocated to Berlin in August of that year.
Jeff is an ordained minister and global elder at Shady Grove Church, Grand Prairie, Texas. Previous to his service in missions, Jeff worked in the media advertising business for 19 years in Philadelphia and Dallas-Fort Worth. He finished his media career as the Sales Manager at KXTX-TV in Dallas.

Randy Bell
CPA Executive Pastor and Chief Financial Administrator, Gateway Church
Southlake, TexasRandy Bell is the Executive Pastor of Administration at Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas. He oversees a department of 30 people and is responsible for the church’s finances, accounting, and resource ministries. Additionally, he serves the church in counseling and other pastoral duties.
He is a CPA and has 30+ years of experience in public and industry accounting. His career has included tenure as a controller and CFO in the oil and gas, media, and education fields. He formerly served as a VP with the Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN).
Randy has traveled to Europe representing European Initiative to meet with pastors and Christian leaders. He has a burden to see spiritual renewal in Europe. He and his wife, Eileen, reside in Colleyville, Texas.

Gary Billups
President, Crippen International
Anna, TexasGary Billups is the founder and CEO of Crippen International, a designer and supplier of plants for food processing throughout the world. Crippen serves its international clients by processing grain, corn and beans, and other crops such as coffee and rice.
He is the founding chairman of the board for the Greater Anna, Texas Chamber of Commerce. In addition to his service on the EI board, he is the director of another global missions organization. Gary is also an elder at his home church, Pin Oaks Christian Fellowship in Anna, Texas.
Gary has traveled extensively throughout Europe and the world. He has had a heart for world missions for many years, and cares deeply about the spiritual challenges facing Europe. Gary and his wife Terry, reside in Anna, Texas.
